Capacities
We would be happy to inform you about free storage capacities within BEB's storage facilities. The following information represents an indication of the free bundled storage units which are available within BEB's storage facilities. Not shown are those storage facilities with regard to which a legitimate interest in confidentiality on the part of a third party prevents publication. A legitimate interest in confidentiality exists where fewer than three storage customers have booked capacities in this storage location during the period in question.
Free bundled storage units result from the difference between the technically available bundled storage units and bundled units which have already been definitely booked. The information is brought up to date regularly, but at least once a month.
Please note that the information on free available bundled storage units only applies to the storage facility in question. This information does not establish any claim to availability at the time the contract is signed.
Detailed examination of capacities in individual cases
If sufficient available bundled storage units are not shown in a storage location, an individual enquiry can of course be submitted so that a detailed examination can be carried out. We would be happy to assist you with this.
Capacity Allocation
BEB applies the 'first committed first served' principle in allocating capacity and managing any congestions, with allocation priorities being governed by when the contract is executed.
Each storage customer is entitled to assign bundled units for any time period to another qualified storage customer. This approach creates the foundation for a functioning secondary market.
In order to discourage any capacity hoarding, BEB shall have the right to demand the return to BEB of storage capacity booked by customers - with the aim of thereby hindering the withholding of unused capacity from the market.
