Party

Qualified storage customer
has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3, paragraph 2 of the GT&Cs.

Reaso­nable and prudent operator
Party fulfilling its obliga­tions under a storage contract with that degree of diligence, skill, prudence and foresight as reaso­nably and ordinarily exercised by experi­enced operators engaged in the same line of business under the same or similar circum­stances and condi­tions and in accor­dance with good operating practice.

Reference gross calorific value or GCVref
Charac­te­ristic gross calorific value at a storage delivery point and/or storage offtake point, based on histo­rical data.

Renomi­nation
Subse­quent alteration of the nominated natural gas quantities.

Rolling mainte­nance plan
has the meaning ascribed to in Section 17, paragraph 2 of the GT&Cs.
