Services provided by BEB to storage customer as governed by the GT&Cs including the attachments and any amendments thereto.
Shipper code
Unique code assigned to a storage contract by BEB used for the identification of nominations or renominations.
Shipper code pair
Pair of shipper codes used for the identification of nominations and/or renominations of natural gas quantities to be taken by BEB from upstream network system and/or to be redelivered by BEB to downstream network system.
Start date
Date of commencing storage services under a storage contract.
Storage
BEBs facilities for the storage of natural gas at the locations Doetlingen, Harsefeld and/or Uelsen.
Storage balance
Shall have the meaning as described in Section 7, paragraph 1. The storage balance must always be between zero and the reserved working gas volume. If the storage balance exceeds the limitations mentioned before, charges pursuant to Section 18 paragraph 10 apply.
Storage capacity
A measure of the capability of a storage facility to inject, withdraw or store certain quantity of natural gas. The measured quantities are stated in m³ (Vn) or m³(Vn)/h unless otherwise specifically noted.
Storage contract
Regulates the relationship between the storage customer and BEB with respect to the provisions of services with legally binding effect.
Storage customers facilities
has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 21, paragraph 11 of the GT&Cs.
Storage delivery point
The location at which the natural gas is transferred from the transport system to the storage as defined in Attachment 5
Storage gas year
The period between 1 April, 6 a.m. (CET / CEST) of one year and 1 April, 6 a.m. (CET / CEST) of the following year.
Storage offtake point
The location at which the natural gas is transferred from the storage to the transport system as defined in Attachment 5.
Storage operating mode
is the current operation mode for each storage which can either be the injection operating mode, the withdrawal operating mode or the non-operating mode.
Storage process
Injection of natural gas, storing of natural gas and/or withdrawal of natural gas under a storage contract.
Storage system
The storage system covers all storages including surface and subsurface facilities and reservoirs.
Storage tariff
Storage tariff shall have the meaning as defined in Section 18 and in Attachment 6
